We as a provider for personal care always make the best possible price negotiation with the customer. You as an independent carer provide an invoice to the family on the day of departure, or as depending on the work agreement. If the care activities or level of care changes during the provision of care, a clarification will follow from the nursing agency. Ongoing clarifications shall ensure the care provider are neither under or over provided for. Changes to the level of care must be made aware to the nursing agency. Your data and documents will be treated with the strictest discretion.
